My favourite place to have steaks!!!!! Enjoy dinner with my parents..they love the foods!!!! Been eating here atleast once every month!!!!

Had lunch earlier today with a friend. Ordered the Tenderloin with onion rings and potato salad, with ice lemon tea as my beverage of choice. Atmosphere was alright, and the food was served timely. Zero complaints on customer service because I thought they were great! Kudos to all of you here. But why the 2 stars? Well, I have two reasons. Firstly, I'm quite surprised by how cold the onion rings were - they were almost as cold as the potato salad, but I ate them anyway thinking it was supposed to be served this way here. But, looking back, I haven't had any cold onion rings before. The beef was also very dry - but it's alright since there was dipping sauce. Secondly, I'm also disappointed by how 2 pigeons were seen walking through the alleys without much care of the waiter/ manager. It seems like a usual appearance to them. If not for these 2 reasons, I would've given this restaurant a 4 or perhaps a 5. I would greatly appreciate it if these two concerns are looked at. I know that shoo-ing the pigeons might cause them to fly (which is worse). And at that point of time, perhaps it as wise to leave them alone. It could be that the shopping mall has some level of responsibility in this, but, the shop itself can take their own actions. In future, maybe it would be better to have some measures in place that would prevent these birds from freely entering the restaurant. Although simple, a glass panel and a door would actually help prevent such undesirable experience from repeating. Next, the cold onion rings. I think the answer to this is quite straight forward - to have them properly heated up before being served. A good dining experience usually goes a long way, as customers will want to come back. We had mushroom soup Nuggets Fries and Mac and cheese Their food always been great for the price and ambiences.. service is also good. Just the mushroom soup are slighter thicker then it suppose to be ..

I think their order management is just bad. I got skipped over like 3 orders from foodpanda as a walk in takeway. A guy with an order number before me and 2 panda deliveries actually went to top of line before me. On top of that, many customers also been waiting long time it seems. This is actually not the first time it happened. It also happened when my wife was there with me for dine in and we waited a while 30-45 minutes for grilled chicken and a ribeye steak. Of their food, I would say it's average, but I have no complaints. I've put the order chit down just to prove I am indeed a customer. But I also guess I probably won't come back because of the repeat incidents.

Nice place for a western fix! I like their porterhouse and really love the corn nibblets. Special mention to Madelyn who was really very attentive and took alot of initiative to serve us. She made the experience that much better!

Fast casual dining. The place was quite empty on a weekday lunch hours. Food took some time to be served (~10-15mins) but still not too bad. Food quality is okay, same standard from Astons everywhere else. I always order fiery chicken because its so good and spicy. Good thing is that prices are nett and no extra gst/scv charge.

Found and visit this Aston outlet by chance, you can choose to sit in air-conditioning or outside alfresco feels tables with fencing outside the mall along the Simei street 6. Quality of the the food is good with reasonable price. Attentive service crews and fast to get you a table even it is during weekend dinner time. Grilled chicken chop is always my favourite with 2 side dishes.The chicken is always tender and juicy. Will visit this outlet again if I'm around there.

Family-friendly eatery at quite affordable prices where the standard of the food is consistent every time we visit. But what stands out from this place is the outstanding service from the staff. We would like to especially commend the two male managers whom at different occasions offered very good service to our family. Thank you.
