★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to break fast with my partner and KATHY (staff) is very kind and caring towards us. She's very welcoming, telling us to just have a sit while waiting for time to breakfast and she will put the order on hold so that we receive the food warm, in time for break fast. Appreciate such staff as they are the reason for happy customers ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great but the service fail so rude, ? they didn't repeat the order once they taken it .. ended up when I ask for the drinks then they key in the order ,never mind but when it finally came turns out to be bitter for cookie monster n the ice chocolate float terrible below hot on top was cold

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there at 6.45pm to have dinner with the family. After waiting for 1/2 hour in the queue, we realised that the first customer in the queue still hadn’t made his way into the restaurant yet even though there were at least 10 tables available that had not been cleared yet. There were only 2 staff serving food and handling customer’s orders so you can tell they’re severely understaffed. Decided to give it a miss since we were not being attended to. The only positive outcome of the situation was that we walked around T3 and chanced upon Central Thai which unlike Swensen’s, actually served their customers and the food there was 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20/10/21 - Today we went again and kind of dissapointed with the food. The lamb chop has got a sharp bone on it that I bite through my lips and tongue. Luckily I was fast to react and it does not hurt that much. The corn was too soft and soggy and the mashed potato tasted weird. Overall the service was bad due to shorthanded. Understandable... But when I said "Thank you" on the way out to a guy at the cashier counter, a lady that did cashiering for me earlier on looked at me and said something in Tagolog to the guy. Sounds gossipy. Not a pleasant thing to do infront of customers.
Nice place to have your meals here. The salmon was ok but a bit dry. Ambience was good and staffs were helpful. The only issue here is that they were short of manpower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bbq chicken sauce was extremely awful. Ice lemon tea was too sweet and i returned it back to counter. The Fish and chips and the fried chicken in basket was a good choice. Finished off with ice cream waffle. Service was subpar… I guessed they were all understaffed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seldom write 1 star reviews and I have never experienced not being served in any restaurant,not even the worse,God forbid.
However today, this is an unfortunate experience for us,a family of 6.
Greeted by an exhausted lady who didn't sound happy to serve at 7.05pm,l understand that it is a busy day but that does not justify being unhappy or crass
we waited to be seated and given a seat at 7.25,made an order at 7.35,waited for food which didn't came.
Iced water served immediately,at 8pm the manager approached and asked us a ridiculous question,"have you received all you food?" When obviously on the table there's just water.We waited till 8.27pm before we decided to make a move and have our meals elsewhere. I am a Swensen's member and I am extremely disappointed with Swensen's T3.
Thank you Swensen's,I used to praise you so much but today I am embarrassed,my guest were left waiting without a meal.
On the bright side,we went to have our meal at a different restaurant with a much better and faster service instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the early 80s, going to Swenson at Changi Airport is the main event. It is a place to be seen having a meal and slurping down ice-cream. The times are changing. I decided to visit this outlet at T3 for a quick meal. Ordered the omelette with ham and a coffee to go. The food is ordinary but it does not taste horrible. The service is good. This is one of my go to places if I need to have a quick meal. The decoration at T3 is modern although I do miss the trolley cart decorations at the first Swenson at Changi Terminal 1 (which was the only Terminal at that time). Overall experience - you got nothing to lose if it is just to fill the stomach. The ice cream is still a favorite though!

Staff no friendly , the girl I think Philippine try to call her but no come service u , when I finish my food ask them to come my I cream (done for order) but no pp to come your table , then after the icream come the guy just put on table ( which small place table outside ) and no repair for us , pay for service charge but I help they do they job . When I finish the payment they come to take dish (same want get out us like that )
The service verry verry bad , no recommend
