2:55 pm Nov 28. My husband had me and our daughter in the taxi when he remembered that he needed to fill the tank. He drove to refueling station in amk. An Indian guard stopped him saying no passengers are allowed. My husband replied that we were family and that he was only refuelling. A few minutes later at 2:55 pm, while we were waiting, a Chinese guard came up and in a very VERY unfriendly tone, told my husband he didn’t care whether he’s refuelling but nobody is allowed other than the driver at the depot. He then said in a condescending tone “go out and drop your passengers outside now. NOW!” All this while, he didn’t let my husband speak. And it’s not as if my husband started arguing with him. I can understand if that was the rule at depots and rules have to be followed; what irks me is the Chinese guard’s extreme impoliteness. He was downright RUDE. It wouldn’t have hurt him to calmly explain and request that the passengers be dropped off first before the taxi comes in for refueling. It certainly looks like SBS Transit needs to train their security to be a tad more polite and if not, at least more diplomatic.
