My father in law has wait 1 hr for 852 at Ang Mo Kio on 10 Jan at 10.00 am . Something has to be done about the fequency of the service. This is not acceptable I hope smrt could look into what went wrong or why such a long wait for this bus.

Waited bus for almost 20 mins, then the bus drove like a turtle, he stopped every stop almost like 5 mins. Normally from Blk 888 to Woodland interchange will take around 10-15mins to reach on every Sat. But this time reach about 20-30 to reach Woodland interchange and I'm late in work ?? Bad Saturday#900 bus

Had bad experience with the same driver twice in a row these two days. Same time. Same bus stop. Same driver. How do I know this because our eyes met while I stood in front of the bus door after running to catch the last passenger and he looked away and drove off. Didn't react yesterday as I assumed he didn't see me but after today I don't think it was an accident. Service number 860A plying Yishun Ring Road along Northbrooks Secondary School at 9.05am. As I took the pic, the bus driver behind it honked me and motioned why I took the pic. He then gestured with his hand dismissing my act as though what I did was wrong. Could someone from SMRT tell me if this is the kind of attitude they condone of their drivers. I could have kept quiet about these incidents but as a passenger and fellow commuter why do we have to take such attitude from a public service. Especially since the government is doing all that they could to improve the bus service operations islandwide. It's no wonder we have foreign operators coming into the market and taking over operations. Sorely disappointed.

Very slow buses (driving at 30-40km/h on empty roads) Some services with slow buses: 167, 171, 184, 188, 925, 980 The bus timetable planners should ride these buses themselves and experience the pain encountered by commuters. If they are driving to work, better force them to drive at 30-40 km/h
