★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few stalls in albert street hawker centre that is selling minced meat noodle. Apart from them, there are also a few other stalls that are very popular and always have long queues. Decided to give this stall since it’s the only stall I have yet to ty and the queue that day was relatively short. A bowl of dry noodle starts from SGD$5 while the soup version starts from SGD$4 onward. Queue moved pretty fast and in no time it was my turn to order.
Price was slightly higher due to the ingredient they give. The bowl of noodles comes with ingredient like, small prawns, fishball, meatball, minced meat as well as fish dumpling. Noodle was springy and the sauce was flavorful. Personally think that the prawn can be skipped.
Overall, I personally think that this minced meat noodle was above average and would come back again!
