The parlour is good but the handling is poor. We were simply passed from one person to another on a task basis, when tasks were needed. The package cost was not cheap and did not justify. This is the 3rd funeral I handled this year… Find yourself a funeral director instead and just rent their premise.

My family and I are grateful for AYS’s Jia Jia and team. From the first call to the end of the wake, they guided us closely and even accompanied us to the temple for niche arrangements. Overall our family have peace getting AYS to coordinate my dad's funeral. But some details can be better communicated if there are time so that we need not rush into the process.
