Everything runs smoothly & expeditiously from collection of the body at hospital to collection of ashes at Mandai. We are grateful for the simple but beautiful & serene setup & the natural make-up on both my late parents which have earned praises from the attendees. We are thankful for Moses, who is ever-ready to answer our endless queries even when he's unwell.

Having to manage the administrative matters while dealing with the loss was not an easy thing to do, but Moses made everything as easy for us so that we were able to grieve without thinking about what to do next, what to get and so on; he came across as a competent funeral director, for which we were grateful. We also felt Moses went above the call of duty in accompanying us through the start (collection of body) to the scattering of ashes. The arrangements were made in quick time and without fuss. The location of the parlour was also clean and fuss free.
