Confirmed order on 9 February and delivery was scheduled for 18 February, 12pm. Waited till 1.30pm, no one came. Called the hotline and mobile line, but no answer. Messaged the mobile number several times but messages were ignored despite having been seen.
What kind of service is this?
If you have missed our order or do not intend to deliver, at least have the decency to inform us beforehand and not make us wait.
Truly disappointed with this caterer.
