β β β β β Friendly & family oriented wardens. Good environment for study. It's just that you've to consider walking up the slope to reach here everyday if you're taking public transport. Aircon needs to be replaced & toilet needs to be renovated. Another thing is that you can't choose your roommates. If it happened that you're staying with untidy roommates, then good luck with that.
