ice milo for nearly $6 ??? it didnt even taste like a proper ice milo. really disappointing, all drinks are expensive and not worth it. will not recommend at all.

The worst food ever in recent times. It would have been acceptable had heated the food properly.. all stale good not even heated properly to serve. Charges are 5 * n quality is so pathetic.

I would leave zero star if I could. Sleepy service, poor food quality. The worst Indian food.

Nice food..have authentic south Indian cuisines.. very tasty.. recommend must try place.

I would give 0 stars. I placed an order via their islandwide delivery website at 12.02pm on 8 May 2022 and it was only delivered at around 3:15pm plus. A total of 3 hour waiting time with absolutely no tracking system or hotline to reach out to to check if my order is delayed or if they overlooked it or was delivered to wrong address. It was supposed to be delivered by 2pm as it said delivery time : 120mins in their confirmation email sent to me. I tried calling the delivery hotline from 1.40pm onwards and no one answered! I called the main hotline from about 2pm onwards and no one answered. I was calling both numbers from 1.40pm - 3.08pm and no one answered even once. I had no choice but to call other branches while I was still calling both their main and delivery hotline. The branch I called kept telling me to call the branch I ordered from despite me repeating countless times that no one is answering for the past 2 hours and they said they cannot do anything and told me to call the airport branch. I called the airport branch and faced the same issue, they kept telling me to call the main branch because they cannot do anything despite me telling so many times over and over again that no one is answering so i am left with no choice but to try other branches. I eventually had to ask to speak to an in-charge who said he will check with the branch and call me back. He obviously did not and I called back and I said that I do not want the order anymore I want to cancel as it is already 3pm to which he said he cannot do anything and he will pass my number to the branch that is delivering and I will have to communicate with them instead. Which again obviously did not happen. The fact that my order came at 3:15pm when it was supposed to be here at 2pm doesn't bother me as much as their service that I experienced on sunday when I called over 20x to have no one answering both hotlines when it states "don't hesistate to contact us immediately" in the email and how absolutely no one from other branches can help out with tracking our order. I ordered lunch for mother's day for my family just to wait for 3hours with no idea when and what time my food will arrive or if it will arrive at all and experience terrible service from a well known restaurant Anjappar. In the end I had to find another alternatives for lunch at 3pm!

Poor customer service provided by Mr.Sathes. If you don't have patience to handle customer don't come to our table take orders. You change our mood of birthday celebration with bitter experiences. If you don't know how to handle customer expectation don't open your mouth. Because you don't deserve to be front liner or manager. Seriously you make us angry. Dear, top management. Just 2cents, please consider to hire some capable manager. We not eating for free here.

Great service, good advice, comfortable and good portions.
