★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly impressed by how jovial, friendly and patient these guys were. We went to Maketh with the intention to make a brompton bicycle leather carry handle. We had no clue whatsoever on how to start but the process was guided by 2 of the instructors, we managed finish it within 7 hours! It was a long process but as with every leather crafting piece, it takes time, effort, meticulous planning, trial and error and loads of patience.
Kudos to the instructors at Maketh, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and DEFINITELY RECOMMEND EVERYONE to try leather crafting if you're new or feel like trying a DIY class out of the ordinary, or just to bring your partner for a fun date. ?????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ love this place! Nat and Adrian were such professional (but fun loving), experienced instructors! my friends and I enjoyed every moment of it and we all brought home something handmade pretty! so awesome 15/10 recommend! (prices are reasonable too!! teehee)

The instructors were very friendly and detailed in their explanation, though of course if you get confused in any instance, better to clarify with them since leather making is a new skill to learn. It was super chill and a great activity for a date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends & I have a wonderful afternoon with Adrian & Nat. My 2 non handicraft friends were surprisingly enjoying the workshop while we were there. We made some key holders which we used to store our trace together tokens & all of us were over the moon with the result!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ brought the fiancé here for a surprise birthday thing & we made key holders! really had a lot of fun learning how leather products were made (rly not easy) and the brother & sister duo were really cool and friendly. they gave enough guidance for us but also left us to have our own hands on experience!
had many friends asked where we got our key holders done & we’ll definitely be back to create something else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked classes for two on an anniversary date - instructors are super amenable and flexible! You can each choose to make different items and the instructors will 'roam' around to guide students. The studio itself is small and intimate (max capacity ~20, probably only <10 during social distancing) with a good student to teacher ratio of 3-5:1. Instructors are patient and helpful in guiding beginners. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and enjoyable leather crafting experience!
