Through Vivian I learnt to appreciate good organic tea that reveals different contrasting characteristics with each brew, making it an enjoyable experience to savour well-brewed Chinese tea. Her wealth of knowledge of the characteristics of different teas and their extraction methods is immense. Definitely a unique experience in Singapore. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anagee’s dedicated line of teas gave me a lot of options to choose from, pure whole tea leaves to added floral fragrances, I am spoilt for choice - from making hot brews to cold brews, there is something for everyone, to each their own!
The lovely tea ceremony demonstration helped me to understand the role temperature and timing has in making the ideal cup of tea, and the meditative aspect was a comforting part of the process.
I’d highly recommend trying it out!
