★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and comfortable clustered houses condo! The only issue is that if you don’t use the car it takes around 15 min bus ride to the closest MRT (Yio Chu Kang)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable estate, I have lived here for 17 years so far and I can say that it is very quiet here, has a few estate activities now and then like CNY Lion Dance and National Day celebration. Facilities include a gym, pool, games room for kids, a function room and a basketball hoop circle. Downsides are that it takes 15 minutes to reach AMK Hub and AMK MRT Station and about 8 minutes to reach Yio Chu Kang MRT on 265, has no nearby food other than a Teh Tarik about 10 minutes walk away across the street. Upsides are that it is very quiet here, no loud cars zooming past at midnight, condo walls in the house are very thick, hard to hear neighbours unless they are really very loud, like my neighbour and his drums at 11pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place to live in, especially if you have children. Can cycle to the nature parks and is quiet enough. Nice estate manager and children makes friends with their neighbours. Love this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and quiet cluster house. Good for children growing up with the space and facility. Can even cycle to Pierce Reservoir. Tucked in a mature estate with many nice food places and facilities. Love the drive home through the greenery. Peaceful and relaxing. Design of the cluster house is quaint and resort like - does not look dated.
