★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought two pairs of shoes on 12/5/21. Really really appreciate the lady that helped me with my shoes!!! She was not only knowledgeable about the different finish and cutting of the shoes (I didn’t know I should wear different size for different finish/cuttings), when I was really having a hard time to decide on which pair she explained to me the pros and cons and the discounts and told me which looks nicer on me. She also said explained to me how to take care of my shoes. Love love love my purchase. ❤️❤️❤️

I now own 3 pairs of Anothersoles so that says something about the product quality. Alas , I cannot say the same about their customer service. The website is very misleading when it says that you can walk into their store to exchange a pair of shoes bought online. I went to their store at Tangs Orchard and spent an hour with the poor staff that was completely clueless on how to facilitate an exchange.
I ultimately had to go to another outlet, where it again took me almost half an hour for a simple exchange due to some system error by the staff at tangs.
So disappointed in their customer service. Went on their FB page and saw some more comments about poor customer service so clearly I'm not the only one. Also, forget about getting any form of service recovery either. I dont think I'm gonna buy any more of their shoes.

I used to own a pair many years ago but did not continue to wear because of the collapsing heels. But today Penny from the takashimaya outlet explained very clearly about the new designs and I got a new pair. Looking forward to a renewed experience!
