Heveya® @Tangs Orchard

I was used to traditional beds and beddings and was hesitant on trying something new. I did my research and found Heveya. I never expected that my sleep can get even better and more comfortable! I fell in love with the full range that we get the bed frame, the latex bed, pillows, linen and bamboo duvet sets... basically the whole shebang! I learned about Heveya from my google research and decided to drop by Heveya @ Tangs Orchard. I was served by Moo, she is friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the products. She explained in details on the mattress and pillow firmness, which was very helpful for my purchase decision. No hard sell, I was given sufficient time to consider and I actually made my final decision 2 days later. I have been sleeping on the new mattress for 2 weeks now and I have no regrets. The mattress is very comfortable and supportive for even weight distribution. It helps to relieve my lower back pain. I also love the soft pillow as it is equally comfortable. Overall very pleasant purchase experience. Highly recommended.

The staff were very knowledgeable, and assisted all throughout the purchase process. We purchased the super king Heveya II mattress, with the mattress protector and the sheets set and duvet cover to go with it. As a token of my purchase I was given 2 pillows with firmness of my choosing. They also allowed me to switch my side of the bed to a different firmness after a month. The delivery was prompt, clean and very professional as well each time. I love the sustainable aspect of the brand and truly feel good about my investment.

Lovely experience. Moo attended to me and my husband and we were impressed by her high level of professionalism and patience in letting us try the different bed combinations and making sure we get the right mattress that we need. The quality of the mattresses, pillows, and bamboo sheets speak for itself, and there was no hard selling. We appreciated the protective cover laid on the mattress before we tested it, which gave us a hint of their exceptional customer service where it even extends post-purchase. Any queries we had after purchase while waiting for delivery were very politely and efficiently addressed. Their 100-day free exchange is a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their delivery team is also extremely efficient, polite, and on time. It has been 2 weeks since the delivery of our mattress, and we are enjoying one of our most restful and comfortable sleep with Heveya. Even w two different levels of firmness side by side, there are no uncomfortable bulge in the middle of the bed; the two mattresses blended in a very natural way. Would recommend Heveya to anyone who is considering a latex mattress! Their pillows are amazing too. We are considering their bolster and mattress protector next :)

I often woke up in the morning with neck pain and bad headache, I've tried a few pillows in the market, and it didn't really solve the problem I had. Was looking for a good pillow and read about all the positive reviews about heveya pillow. So decided to give it a try... and man, this pillow is the best. Highly recommended. No more neck pain and headache now when i woke up in the morning. Super comfortable. Was served by Chris at Tangs Orchard showroom. His service and product knowledge about it is top notch. Appreciate his help in choosing the right pillow firmness for me. Really recommended to all to try heveya pillow, and go look for Chris. He is friendly and helpful. Won't go wrong in your purchase. I am not sure how or exactly why, but I literally have never slept sound for so long. I am a tummy sleeper, my wife a side sleeper and we both sleep like trunks for the entire night; with our previous mattress, we both had backache every morning, with this Heveya, nothing, absolutely nothing. As for service, if I could I would give the team 6 stars; we changed the size of our mattress with just days from delivery and they accommodated for it; they were informing us about the progress and looking for us to get the best deal all the time. Since the first contact I had with Tere in Tangs the conversation went fluent, she explained me all the characteristics in detail of each product. Personally I loved the materials and the origin of them. After a few days of discussing it with my husband I went back and Moo received me with a big smile and helped me with the process of paying and coordinating the delivery. The mattress is great, Is the best decision we have made, is comfortable and cool - perfect for Singapore weather. I totally recommend the mattress and in the near future I will come back for the bedding sheets :)

After looking around for almost all mattress Brands available in Singapore, we decided to go with Heveya instead and we have no regrets. The mattress is really comfortable and can be customised based on your preference of firmness. We even got the pillows and bolster and they’re equally comfortable. Also, kudos to the sales team, delivery and logistic team for the services rendered. They are extremely patient, helpful and friendly! Highly recommend ??????
