Price gouging for ART test, $40 for a 2 min test Does not observe safe-distancing measures, let's coughing and wheezing patients sit literally next to other people just there for pre-departure testing Also needed to wait 20+ minutes even after making an appointment

Super horrible experience. Waited 2 hours just to collect medication and no updates at all, until I asked. Have no idea what the staffs are doing. Will never go to this clinic again. Honestly this clinic not worth even 1 star.

Staff are very helpful and patient. Price for pre-departure PCR is the cheapest among all other clinics. Only 79sgd per person or if you buy 4 pax you can get 75sgd per person. Result also were very fast, only about 12 hours you’ll get your result (we took normal PCR not the express one). The clinic also very easy to find. Very recommended and thank you so much for the staff kindness :)

Went on 10 feb at night around 9:30-10 pm The doctor speak very fast and in a cold tone. As if trying to drive me away quickly. I barely able to comprehend what is he saying. In short not a really pleasant experience with the doc. But i had a very pleasant interaction with the nurse in tudung. She's really caring and patient. She explained the meds effect 1 by 1 in a calm manner. If i'm going back again, it's because of her.

Called over the phone asking if I can walk-in for vaccine booster, the operator said I can but I need to wait for them to check the eligibility. Then I went there in the afternoon around 4pm, greeted by a very friendly nurse, asking my ID to check my eligibility and asked me to come back at 7pm. I obliged and came back at 7pm only to be told that I have to wait for another 2 hours or after they are done with the rest of the patient because the queue is very long. Well I was queueing too for 40mins, not sure why I become less important than other people who have just arrived and queueing after me. Maybe I'm self entitled, but don't come here if you are busy and want to stick to an appointment, it will be a waste of time.

2 days before PCR test, I visited here about to get PCR test information for back to my country. Staff said this clinic open everyday even if public holidays in Idul Fitri.. so I believe this information and I visited again 2 days later. We waited around 1 hour in front of entrance with another foreigner pacients from 9 o’clock clinik open time, but this clinic didn’t open and staff also nobady came there. We must do PCR test for departure before 24hours, so we were really confused and we have to look around another clinic sunddenly!! Please don’t tell lying information to traveller!! We must get test result, we have flight time…. It’s really was get nervous!!! Please never do it again to another travellers/pacients! And please take care travellers if you want to COVID test at this clinic.

Bad attitude and visiting so quickly with not letting you finish your sentences. The doctor talks so fast and you feel like she wants to get rid of you ASAP. It was like a manufacturing line! Also I waited for more than two hours to get visited for 1 min!
