β β β β β This clinic will ask you to wait outside of the clinic if you have symptoms such as cough, flu, sore throat etc which is a common practice in Singapore. However what is bad abt this clinic is that they just leave you waiting outside of their clinic in the hot sun without even asking abt your well being etc. Waiting in the hot sun makes you feel very sick more than you already are.

Dr Tay jabs super fast and painfree, you will know what I mean!
Also not sure why the rating is low, I suspect it may be a little miscomm as he speaks frankly.

β β β β β The old doctor here has zero bedside manner and can be very rough. I went for a post-car accident treatment as it was close to home. The doctor roughly handled my wounds and even pressed my tender knee very hard even after I said that it was very painful. He was also very condescending. Never returned to this clinic even though it's the closest to my place.

β β β β β I went to this clinic today, i met doctor and he gave me consultation. I paid 35$ for consultation but there is no receipt, no consultation result of any form. They asked me to buy medicine and even if i buy medicine of 50$, i wont receive any form or proof of today consultation. How can i claim to my employer or insurance agent? I suggested not to go here ever again!

β β β β β I first visited the clinic despite the bad reviews because it was right next to my place. Visited twice so far and both times I had a great experience with the resident doctor. He's very patient and takes him time to answer all of my queries. The second time I visited 5 mins prior to the clinic's lunch time and still he tended to me and did not rush me.
The younger nurses are very slightly colder while the elder ones are very sweet.
Definitely recommendnt his place.

β β β β β First time to this clinic. Came here for my booster jab. Have heard horror stories about the booster jab being painful etc. But my experience was nothing but smooth. The reception girls were warm, friendly, and kind. Dr Tay reassured us in the queue outside that it wouldn't hurt - which was a relief if you're someone frightened of injections. He was quick and professional, and the procedure was over before I knew it. He also came out to check on everyone and left us with some after-care instructions.

β β β β β This is a very very bad clinic. I wanted to consult with doctor on what are better ways to reduce post covid symptoms. He refused to see me, and ordered nurse to give me medicine and only can communicate through nurse.
If you so scare to meet patient, why you want to be a doctor?

β β β β β Super cute and friendly doctor who told us stories before giving the Covid vaccination so you donβt feel anything at all. He even gave us a talk after the vaccination to cheer us up. Dr Tay and his wonderful team made the vaccination experience so wholesome, heartwarming and touching. Heβs like a real life Barney. Never felt so moved and emotional after a clinic visit before. You have to visit to experience it yourself.
