★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend used the app for the 1st time and was not very well acquainted with it. She parked at a non designated parking lot outside Decathlon. After shopping, she went back and found that she was not able to unlock the bicycle with her 7 day pass and was charged a relocation fee of $5. She wanted to top up $10, but accidentally scanned the wrong QR code and made 2 other 7 day pass purchases. I helped her write to Anywheel. Anywheel responded very fast and refunded the extra amount charged without much hassle. Happy with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I have been using its service for the last 3 months, usually less than 10 mins is $1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried this this app / service, but the bikes were hard to find and the one I found was physically locked to the bike rack so I couldn't use it (and it was in poor condition). I've requested a refund but still waiting to hear back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally agree with this bike company is a scam, after you ride it , you will be charged the rental and , and another 5 dollar relocation fee . If you top up 10 in the first place for your first ride . You will be have 1-3 Dollar left . The rest , will not be refunded . Don’t use , ride your own bike , or take grab and taxi .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over 90% of the AW bikes at the east coast park from lagoon food Centre to the sailing club are faulty. Many have their seats rocking or jammed. There were some bikes with the brake handles missing. A few bikes have broken pedals and missing parking stands. AW should replace all the old bikes with the latest ones. This will encourage more users to buy your passes. It will also prevent injuries due to the faulty bikes which AW should take seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am all in for bike sharing. It compliment my transportation plans on rainy days where I can't bring out my own bike.
I hope to see bike sharing succeed in sg. Here's posting some feedback for Anywheel.
- Bikes are difficult to find. I remember back in the days where Mobike was around, they do regular redistribution of bicycles around the island.
- When bikes are found, it is damaged or unsafe to use. Maybe you can reward user to move damage bike to a collection point where you can collect them for repairs to reduce logistics needed to carry out such exercise.
- Basket IMHO is an essential item so pls do consider having this on all your bike.
Hoping to see Anywheel improve and thrive, helping Singaporean be more healthy and moving towards car light Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with appeal on charges for parking. Followed their map to end bike trip, but did not see a QR code. Sent pictures showing bicycle and Yellow parking lot (without QR code). Was still deducted $5 convenience fee when map of parking in the app did not match with a usable physical parking lot.
