BIG shoutout to Darrel, Arjun, Andy & Jack! site visit and quote process was efficient, comfortable and straightforward. let the guys know what you want, they advise on feasibility and provide suggestions to improve the aesthetics. once done, they go back and BAM, quote is out, if the price is right: date will be fixed. upon confirmation, give them your dates 1-2 weeks in advance, dont worry about the timeline because the process is hassle free, as long as it’s within their means, when you want it to be done, they will get it done. workmanship is tip top standards with excellent circuit breaking component (i did rewiring with them). i swear to god the amount of commitment from the team is at 200% high i couldn’t help to always buy them lunch and water when i know they will be coming over to do the works. in summary, price was damn reasonable & workmanship was highly meticulous. do not hesitate to let them know what you want, what kind of colour/switches/function you require because as well know, the expert knows it well! once again, thank you AP vision and the entire team, without you guys I might be homeless, finding a place to rent and incurring additional expenses (storage of my furnitures etc). my renovation couldnt make it without you guys man. cheers!

Darrel you want to play a delay game with my friend, you should know who? I will make sure to warn everyone about your work ethic in the industry.

We were introduced to Darrel from AP Vision SG Pte Ltd by a friend who was also using their services for electrical works. After he came to our place for a site visit, we paid the deposit of 50% (~SGD 2.1K), and his guys proceeded to take out all the old wires of our resale flat. Things then went south quickly after that. We decided to drop AP Vision before any works started, as we were worried that our house electrical/physical state may be compromised by their works. Red flags for us included the following: 1) Told us for OpenNet 2 trips could be arranged (trip 1:let loose wiring, trip 2: install optical terminal after TV console up) on his side to install optical terminal in tv console but in the end asked us to book ourselves and that he could only facilitate on site. We went to ISP to ask, they can only get OpenNet to do in 1 trip (cannot let loose, can only immediately install terminal). ID even voice messaged and communicated via text his plan for the 2 trips (to which Darrel said shouldn't be a problem (it was). We repeatedly asked Darrel regarding this because it's important for our design and he over-promised. 2) Our house theme involves placing electrical wiring in black PVC conduit pipes, and ID had provided a rough conduit design to Darrel for reference (via ID's own electrician when he had come to site for a discussion). ID had asked Darrel to come up with his own design/plan as usually there are technical aspects of the running of wires which ID may not know. From what we understand, usually electrician comes up with the electrical layout to ID and not the other way round due to this reason. On site, Darrel and his team initially said ok to most things and seemed clear how everything should be run, but nearing the date when works were about to start, Darrel showed that he was unclear and even asked ID for ID's planning design (ID had already showed Darrel and his team a rough design during our second site visit!). I also personally texted Darrel to update us once he completes the design and he said ok. Darrel's team was also asking things like should the conduit pipes be using half/full saddle. We feel that this should be electrician's expertise and they should be the one advising instead. Failure to capture potential issues based on carpentry and give advice during site visit causes multiple disruptions, wastes time and effort for everybody. 3) Postponement of meeting on the day we were supposed to meet at the unit as Darrel had to handover site to another client that day. I wanted everybody to be on site (Darrel, ID, wife and I) to minimise any chance of blame pushing/miscommunication regarding the works to be done. My wife works shift so it's very difficult for us to plan a time when all of us are free at the same time. Her leaves usually need to be planned a month or more ahead. 4) Removal of wiring works done unprofessionally. Very roughly done leaving many big patches which added a substantial cost for plastering works. Sockets, casing, fans all not dismantled cleanly but left in their place after cutting the wires. It should be implied that electrical work would cover removal of these items. Trunking not disposed and was placed in one of the rooms. ID needed to ask his own guys to finish Darrel's job as it was affect their works. Wiring from DB was hanging low posing safety hazard, it should have been coiled up safely and tucked to a corner. ID did not reveal these to us and settled them on his own as he did not want to seem like finding fault. He only told us and sent us pictures when we probed. 5) Darrel kept asking us for things which he was supposed to come up with. To us, it seemed like he was lost/blur. Examples are sockets and switch placement plan. We already went through once on site with ID and Darrel (my wife even drew out the whole house socket plan and already passed to him).

Darrel have patience towards his customer, he explained everything in detail and he is also very knowledgeable. The quote given by them is also reasonable, definitely recommendable for their service.

Good team of Electricians. Great help in assisting with the SP inspection. Work was done very meticulously. Communications was swift and easy.
