Boss Norbert is knowledgeable and patient; and his technicians are equally friendly and professional. Suitable impressed when they eventually resolved my annoying security alarm which bothered me alot (Mine was a PI hence it consisted of additional security features). This is a garage that doesn’t give up easily on challenging issues: and they will continuously think of ways to resolve them. Not to mention, they offer pickup and drop off services which are life savers when your schedule is tight. High recommended!

After doing a thorough check, Norbert and the mechanics took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and why it needed to be done in a very clear and concise manner. They were very honest and truly wants the best for both you and your car. Even the office staff, Ming Yan was very friendly and provided very good customer service while I was waiting for my car to be done. I highly recommend anybody that is looking for both quality and value to come to MCF auto to settle your car needs. Will definitely be coming back here in the future for any servicing and to change my transmission fluids as advised by Norbert!

First owner of a Mini Cooper S (R56), and decided to have Norbert try and resolve some battery and steering rack issues that I had been facing. Norbert wasn't around when I visited the workshop, but was impressed by the warm reception from this team as well. My experience with 3rd party workshops had me believing that the owner would be the only person to talk to, if at all. But the folks at MCF were all easy to talk to and very down to earth. In any case, Norbert was upfront about the amount of time he needed to complete the diagnoses and was punctual to within 15 minutes (amazing!) in circling back to me on the issues the car was facing and what he had done to resolve them. All things considered, a great workshop, no fuss, no fluff, and definitely no snake oil here.

Norbert was responsive and accommodating throughout the process, taking care to thoroughly explain the tune and options for hardware changes. What I really appreciated was the attention to detail in tuning - we got a nice peak torque and bhp bump, but most importantly, the torque on the low end was beautifully pushed up, making the car super responsive and zippy in day-to-day driving situations. The car doesn't strain to accelerate or maintain speed as well, making every blip of the throttle 100% pure joy.
