β β β β β I received my Kraken chair today. Order made on 5 Dec I would say the delivery is pretty fast it took less than 10 days. Overall I'm satisfied with the customer service. I would also like to specifically give credit to Sammy Ong who is so dedicated and patient in explaining the products and process as well as selling me the product. As promised, I will definitely recommend APOL to my friends and family.

β β β β β Shoddy quality for the price point. Leather tearing and rubber came off from the wheels. Less than 2 years, used in a tiled flooring and air-conditioned room. Defnitely the first and the last chair I'm buying from them.

β β β β β Ordered the chairs during circuit breaker. Only review now after using it for almost a year. Was happy to received the chairs Behemoth. Ordered 2, 1 for myself and 1 for hubby.
Constantly changing chairs as I sit in front of PC a lot. After almost a year, still find the chair comfortable except the sitting is a bit flat. After sitting for long, might feel the metal underneath. But overall, it is a good built chair and is worth the money.
Seller is responsive in answering my questions and delivery was 100% so easy and fast even during circuit breaker.

β β β β β I am extremely satisfied with both the product and the customer service of APOL.
Customer Service (10/10): Backstory - I first ordered an APOL Behemoth chair and applied a promo code which gave me $10 off. However, I later found out that I could use a better promo code given to SAFRA members. Trying my luck, I emailed the customer service to let me use the better code. Just within a day, they agreed to my request and I received the refund of the difference paid the same day itself. Amy, the customer service officer, has been of excellent help answering my queries speedily.
Product 10/10: The APOL Behemoth chair is well built - sturdy and comfortable. I especially like the Multi-Functional Tilt Mechanism and the extra leg rest.
Kudos to APOL and will definitely order from them again :D

β β β β β Bought a Kraken in Aug 2021, I was upset with some rare issues in my Kraken. Although the return n refund policy only applicable to 50 days, Apol was kind enough to exchange it with Behemoth out of gd will. Kudo to Kelly for your patience addressing my questions and expedite the exchange ?

β β β β β The chair is not comfortable at all. Bought Kraken back in May and the seat cushion has already lost it's firmness. Now I am just sitting against the metal structure inside and it hurts after just a few mins.
The cushion at the side is also not thick enough and your thigh is always resting against hard structure making it very uncomfortable.
Corner of the cushion also starts to tear off after just 5 months of use. It actually happens 1 month after purchase and they did the warranty replacement. Now it starts to tear again after 4 months.
Overall very uncomfortable experience using the chair and definitely seeing poor workmanship here.

β β β β β The chair started breaking at the seams after only 6-8 months of usage. Warranty does not cover poor workmanship and sewing. Dont waste your money, even ikea has better quality chairs than this place.
