β β β β β Great experience! You can schedule everything over WhatsApp which is very convenient in Singapore. They are super knowledgeable and diligent. They clean your air condition and even your exterior units. They can wash, dry clean and refill your gas on the spot. Would highly recommend. Whole cleaning took less than an hour. Really satisfied!

β β β β β This company charged my mom $1000 for changing the ι»η. After changing it, the aircon still does not work and they stopped picking up my momβs call. We called in another company and was told that the ι»η should not cost more than $500.
We have been trying to reach this company to ask for a refund (or at least to come back and fix what they have not) but they did not pick up.
We will report this to CaseTrust. Do not use them!

β β β β β Engaged them for more than a year now for my aircon maintenance. Always on time and their response is very timely as well. Very satisfying to see the amount of dirt they manage to get out of my aircon during every wash.

β β β β β A buddy of mine recommended Alex from Airwin Aircon to me. He is able to accommodate my free time from my hectic work schedule and efficiently service all of my aircon without rushing (Like some aircon servicing companies does). And he also make the effort to explain the condition of the aircon to me and which unit/compressors will need chemical wash to maintain the aircon. Grateful for the professionalism & advice!

β β β β β This is the best Aircon service that I have engaged in online, so glad that they can come even during such pandemic. Customer service is good. Technician is neat, tidy and efficient. He even help to clear up the toilet after using it. He's very knowledgeable on explaining why the aircon is leaking. Totally worth the price, highly recommended.

β β β β β Good service. Reasonable price. Workers are very punctual. Iβm impressed that the workers take pride in also making my place clean while doing servicing of the aircon. While fixing my aircon, worker actually explain to me the causes of blockage in detail and explaining steps that he is in process of fixing. Will definetly use them back in future.
