β β β β β I called and booked a 2.5h spa and a 1.5h facial (2 different appointments) on the same day at the same timing as one of the treatments was for my gf. When we arrived, they informed us that there were no slots and that we only booked one appointment. It was so ridiculous as they couldnt understand what we were saying (in english) since all of them were unable to speak english. Left without doing any treatments because the service was just terrible. Overall, i do not recommend. Terrible service, terrible communication. i would give zero stars if i could

β β β β β They provide top quality customer service. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my session. I like the fact that they provided us with water before and after the session. The ambiance was very conducive too. Ann was my esthetician. She always make sure that I am doing during my treatment and she handled my skin well. She also shared with me her knowledge about skin care. I truly appreciate their kindness and care am looking forward to my next appointment. Keep up the good works. ?
