Asked if they sell a specific colour of contact lens and if I could see the real life sample. Took ages for them to find. And when they can’t find, they just asked is it I’ve seen the lenses from other shops and I can order now? How ridiculous. Cannot even produce the sample lens but wants the customer to order. Terrible service. Turns out they did have the sample lens (but the sizes have shrunk so cant really see the colour properly). Also they did not have the colour I requested but keep insisting they have. Not only do they not know their products, but it seems that they cannot read English that they obviously dont have the colour in the samples stated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dun get pressured into getting a new frame just to replace ur lens... excuses such as new lens may crack or old frame'll break are just to make u fork out more money for a new set of glasses... if u still intend to change a new frame, check the model n compare prices with nearby optical shops within the vicinity (abt 3-5shops). My advice: use back ur old frame as it's seasoned if possible...
