V	Victor Morais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s all about Apple experience. I went to purchase a product and in the mean time I took a tour at the lower level to explore accessories. The staff inside were super friendly, they gave me the freedom to explore all the products. The order which I placed over online arrived in few minutes into the shop. They were kind enough to allow to the upper level(last time they didn’t due to COVID restrictions). It was a breathtaking view from the dome. There was a short session on Photography Tips which was super helpful. One should definitely pay a visit to enjoy the Apple experience. Kudos to Apple SG.

Do take note you have to enter via basement 2. The entrance looks amazing and staff are polite and friendly. I received my item after it was validated through a QR code. Easy collection.

The view from inside the store is breathtaking, you can view the whole skyline of Singapore from there. I was there to get information for latest iPad and staff there is also very helpful. Entrance to the store is at B2 level of the Marina Bay Sands mall. However, you can experience the walk over the bridge at the time of your exit. If you are looking for an apple product in Singapore, must visit this place.

Bought the Apple Watch Gold Stainless Steel and was attended by Mr Shaan, very patience n helpful. He answered to all my queries & assist me for the set up of the Watch. Thank you for that. Thumbs up!! I felt welcomed from the team, keep it up!!

As the sales agent told me that this is not the biggest store, the Orchard one is actually the biggest in Singapore. The interior design is so simple and white, but will impress you from the entrance to your exit for sure. The store is super busy with so many buyers inside purchasing for Apple products non-stop. I bought a charger and need to approach an agent for help and he is very nice and fast ??? My first impression here is super amazing. I will come back here next time visit Singapore. You can pay with credit card and cash, receipt will be sent directly to your email after purchasing. The Apple bag is very thick and you can see how they are putting so many focus on each little thing including the little bag. 10/10 is what I can express my happiness for this store ??? truly amazing and mind-blowing!

I love how there were lots of sanitisation equipment/items in place for customers to use to sanitise the products before they test these products. Even if you are not buying anything, this place offers a picturesque view of Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore River as well.

The main entrance of the store is at B2 Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, but you’ll get to experience the otherwise out-of-bounds connecting bridge when you leave the store from its ground-level exit.
