Was shocked by the attitude of the Sales girl in Curly hair- Ira. Rude, straight answers, no smile, the feeling I got.. "why have u come to the store"
Seems she was in a hurry to close the store as, she would just pick up the bags while we were even deciding which ones to buy.
While I was choosing which credit card to use to pay, due to air miles, her reaction was like "Hurry up, I have no time," she softly even banged the credit card machine.
Did not expect this level of customer service at a store like Ted Baker. Disappointed customer!!
Will stay away from visiting the MBS outlet.

Lilik was a very helpful sales assistant. She made sure that I had the perfect customer experience. Her attitude towards service is excellent. I could try the merchandise and take my time to select items even though ending up slightly after 9pm close. I really appreciate her patience and willingness to sincerely help a customer. I ended up buying three beautiful items and she still took the time to pack them super nicely. Thank you.
