Ashely was friendly and polite... she constantly check back and update the progress from start to delivery to delivered and even few day after that. Definitely will approach her again if i required such services ! P.S she throws in a balloon FOC ?. The vase below is mine.. not included with the purchase

For anyone looking to have a beautiful bouquet delivered to their love one look no further. Customer service is top notch. Very responsive, accommodative and prompt. Made the day extra special for my partner. Flowers were very fresh and the arrangements were well done with care and attention to details. I would definitely order again in the future. Thank you!

This is during covid where no travel is allowed hence most Malaysians are staying in SG for work. Applebee Florist is so understanding and manage to create a bouquet just in time for the surprise. I am truly grateful. Really recommended. Love it that the price is affordable. Didnt expect a last minute order to be done wonderfully. She really is passionate and loves doing this ?

I casually mentioned it to my boyfriend I wanted my flowers from Applebee Flower after I chanced upon your account last year and I’m glad he remembered! My boyfriend also mentioned, Ashley is very friendly and accommodating. Which makes the whole process from enquiring to order very easy. She also goes the extra mile to deliver truly great service by mentioning to him how to place the bouquet in the car. Plus, throwing in the extra LED light which was perfect for his car boot proposal. Once again, thank you for wrapping the bouquet of roses!
