I was looking for a fruit and flower basket at 8pm and saw on Google that Xpress flowers compassone is opened until 9pm. Reached at 8.40pm and Yiwen was very patient to listen and guide us to find the right product and went out of her way to get the best selection. Service is very good and efficient. The staff follow up with me promptly and the flowers were delivered on the same day for my grandma's birthday. They are able to assist to my last minute request. Their service is impeccable. Recommended!!!!!!

Went down yesterday for a birthday bouquet, Tammy & Yiwen were fantastic in their customer service. There were other customers around but the crowd did not faze them. They were patient & accommodating to my customized request. The bouquet was undoubtedly beautifully done & garnered praises from the recipient & around the office. Thank you ladies!

great service. i was super indecisive but the staff there was very patient and kept giving me ideas. the flowers the made was soooo pretty it immediately caught my eye. almost kept the flower for myself

Yiwen was very helpful and patient in assisting with my qns when i made my order on 17 Oct. A self bought plushie & card were handed over to another staff on 18 Oct, the 1st impression wasnt good as the 1st thing she mentioned was that she's a little busy after i greeted her. Explained to her the whole situation and to tag the toy/card tgt with my order. I had to asked her to take down my order nbr since she didnt even ask for it. Yiwen contacted me the next day & followed up on my order & were very informative along the way, even informing me that the flowers had been delivered. A wonderful 1st purchase despite the hiccup encountered on 18 oct

Customer service was very poor despite the customer service people should inform the customer the rose meaning and how well the conditions were… but no all they do is tell u how much and stand there do nothing tomorrow is Valentine’s Day and the rose I bought from them were withered …. If they could inform me or at least tell me which one should I choose from regarding the quality of rose but no. They seems like only want customer to pay and go ….. I don’t even know how to give to my partner tomorrow as the rose is old and withered …. And ya they also didn’t teach me how to keep flower alive, I just like new to the flower and I cannot do anything ?️ I want reply. New update The management team has arranged delivery and exchanged for me ?? When the delivery guy came he asked me if I like the new rose with care and concerned about ensuring that i’m satisfy the exchanging beside that he also answered my doubt towards flower caring good work ?? I like to give 6 star if can to the logistics service and management team keep it up!
