I would to thank immigration consultant Jake at 9836 0055 for the support and help provided to me during my Singapore PR application process for my malaysian parents. Their Singapore PR status has been approved after 1 year. Even though the approval process is abit long, it is worth the wait as Jake told me about the importance and tips on how to secure my parents' Singapore PR with ICA.
Jake is very patient and professional. As an applicant, there are many procedures which I am unsure but Jake administration colleague got involved and compiled the mandatory documents required by ICA and helped me to submit timely. I do understand and realize that it is never an easy task and I am glad that I have chosen Jake to help me with my Singapore PR application process.
Thank you Jake for your help! I am not sure if you will see this review but I will definitely recommend you to my colleagues who wish to apply for Singapore PR.

β β β β β After such initial good treatment and promises, they just disappeared as soon as I told them that my wife's and son's PR application got rejected. They told that I have >90% approval chance and even if it is rejected they will appeal. After the rejection they just stop entertaining you. For me the outcome is just like my previous ones except a lot of money ripped off me. They are total scam. PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ANY COST

β β β β β Total scam, everything sounds good and as though you will get approved, but even if they know you won't, will not reveal to you, spend a lot of money, and get rejected, please save your savings, scammers out to get your money :)
Entire service was minimal work, hardest worker was the one selling you the service, they go quiet afterwards. When doing write-up for you, copy and paste previous entry. Didn't even bother to change persons name lol. Not difficult at all to write on your own, all documents you have to get yourself anyways, all they do might be just change file name.
Don't waste your time please. Your family entry into Singapore deserves better.
