Especially Farah, helped us extremely well for follow up, compilation of documents and also preparing covering letter. I cannot resist appreciating for the covering letter created, where i was seeing myself in different view.
I would strongly recommend to get SPIC service even for those who knows to submit for PR or citizenship, because the way they present is completely different and get better chance of success
