Not recommended Before you pay they promise many things After you payed things go different way

horrible services although it may seem unbelievably cheap,it’s a scam! they would ask you to add this or that and they will be like if you don’t add extra money it’s not gonna look as good, like what is this?? I should get the best service as the price was set by them. I feel cheated and they’re like guilt tripping you and when you buy a package deal although it may seem like a good deal it’s not, they would make excuses like not available etc and sometimes they won’t even reply! This is unacceptable behaviour they’re making money off of vulnerable people, some people may be paying double or even triple they expected to pay ☹️ and the outcome isn’t even as good… and what is this the owner commented 5 stars under her shop review?!! If you look below you can see someone commenting 5 stars yes that’s her the owner! This has been happening for so many years I hope people will become aware and put a stop to this!

May I ask, if anybody have done their any treatment in this shop and have been scammed alot of redundant extra cost and yet they never do a good job, please do report to police and have valid documents(eg. Receipt, bank spendings, appointment card or membership card, etc). Your small action can help other ppl in the future. As long as the shop exist further and as long as the people that do the treatments for you at that time, more and more people will became the victims of these china ladies skim. I hope the customers can unite and make a police report regarding of this. And also, let them be arrested and stop the scam. Thank you very much .

If I am able to rate it at 0 I will definitely give it 0 stars. The service provided is terrible. They have thousands way you let you signing up the package with them. And when you trying to make appointment for service they starting to give you thousands excuses to reject your appointment. And when you walk in you will see there is alot 'beautician' is free and available. I am really frustrated with their service. The 'beautician' who serve me always tell me over the phone say she is busy and fully booked. And she already promise me for the appointment time also subject to change because she will suddenly have walk in customer (maybe is her new customer). This kind of shop should be close down. 请不要出来害人！

We went to the unit at level 2 and told the beautician that we wanted two EXPRESS manicures which were $10/person for me and my mom, so the lady led us down to the unit on the first level to get them done. My mom told me once again that we were doing the express package and they nodded, but while they were communicating with each other they kept mentioning “gel” but did not relay anything to us. While they were doing they did chat us up nicely but tried to push a package on us even when we politely rejected. After it was done they insisted for payment by cash even when NETS was offered so that they did not have to pay a small fee - my dad handed them a $50 and they never came back with any change. We only realised this after almost leaving the shop, and we ask for a receipt (which they did not give at first) for clarification. ONLY THEN the lady told us they did gel which was $25/person on us… i’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 just because the nails that were done were at least of good standard, but if you go to their shop do make sure to clarify the package you are doing to avoid being scammed.
