Comfy location with a nice heated pool for kids.

After tried many different swimming schools, I was recommended by my friend to try Aquaducks. What a discovery. My daughter love coach Sandra!! The chemistry between two of them just amazing!!

Its a swim school with very terrrible facilities especially for infants and young toddlers. My 18mths has just finish her trial class, when a sudden downpour came along. In a rush to get her shower, we took a quick wash at the open shower area. Which is very unsafe in the event of a downpour with lighting and thunder. My toddler suffer a fall while showering, hurt the left side of her head and myself in rush to get to the canopy area which is sheltered, slipped and fell too and hurt my elbow. The management of the swim school should really look into having sheltered facilities, shower area and also safety floor tiles in the event of a rain or sudden downpour which is pretty common in Singapore and not be concern just making money off its customers. I will not recommend anyone to go to this swim school at all. I have been to better location with full pledged facilitites and where its child safe.

AquaDucks offers high quality swim lessons at a reasonable price. This location features a 15 meter lap pool, which is more than large enough for small children to enjoy. The Newton location is central to anyone in the core CBD area.

Updates: they’ve made policy adjustments after some discussion. Appreciate the effort in responding and I’m glad that my voice is heard as the parent of their student. if you value coach only, then i'll say it's a good place cause most of coaches are quite nice here. But aquaducks's management is terrible! If things are going normal, you don't need much interaction with management, then it's all fine. But when things go wrong, when you need to deal with management, then i'll say don't expect any fairness or your own right here. Cause they don't have such a thing as customer care.

Our son loves his swimming lessons at Aquaducks! Coach Carmie is great and he has made clear progress. The shady, partially-covered pool and pleasant water temperature add to the good experience. Worth a try for any kiddo who is looking to enjoy the pool with more confidence.

Updates: they saw reviews here and called one by one. Appreciate the efforts they made to change and improve. Us, as one of many families, who are affected and unsatisfied by Aquaduck's recent policy change and suspension. We have been with them for more than one year, and are about to sign up one more kid to their swimming class as our kids really love the coach. Instead of interactive communication, we received cold emails in a row: first, inform us that we will need to go to another venue (far away from our home) for make up class even due to weather. Secondly, our kids class got suspended for no reason. I checked with other parents but their kids can still go. We are so angry. And think should let public know how they run the school and how they treat our kids

aquaDucks is Amazing. My son love the lesson and the coaches Especially coach Carmie!! Even due to covid restrictions we understand the school need to make some adjustments but handle it very well. We always get a direct reply by email or phone call. Hope things getting better soon and coaches are allowed to teach without the face shield
