The instructors are great but the place is a little cramped inside and the layout isn't very customer-friendly.

Parking is a big issue though. You may want to park in the nearby shopping complexes or the road beside the police station

This is a great place for the kids to learn how to swim. Facilities are good, water is heated.

โ โ โ โ โ Fantastic school with Teachers who teach from their heart. They are extremely professional and help parents to teach their children to be independent in the pool.
My child was fearful of the environment and was crying inconsolably today. However, thanks to the patience of the Teachers today (teacher Wan and Moses), my child warmed up after awhile and had joined in eventually.
They have surpassed our expectations by many many folds. Would recommend ++++.

โ โ โ โ โ Great learning centre for infants and toddlers. Our baby's teacher is very good and professional. Pool water is heated and is using a high-tech mineral filtration system which doesn't use chlorine so it's good for the baby's skin.

โ โ โ โ โ First expรฉrience with the admin of the center very bad! I explained that my kid, 3.5, knows how to swim 25 m and is able to keep his breath under water. She texted me back and say I would need to go for a try lesson to assess him! Of course... 65$++ with no guarantee yo have a slot after the try lesson. I m ok to do try lesson if you have space! BUT They should know if yes or no they have vacancies or if everything if already fully booked! At the my kid is "advanced", only 1 class on sunday and of course ALREADY full... What s the point to have try lesson, when you know that you have already reach full capacity!! Ask Jay the manager to call me back... Still waiting and waiting...

โ โ โ โ โ The instructor is very good, friendly and caring about the babies learning to swim. The pool is great, warm temperatures, and seem to be very clean. However the rest of the service needs alot of work. There is not enough changing tables or showers since they schedule classes back to back, so parents are competing for space. No full time employee to guide parents, or do any sort of interaction. The one part-time employee is there solely to take temperatures and act uninterested about everything else. This place as the potential, but falls flat. If your an easy going parent it's worth checking out.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place for baby and toddlers to learn swimming. There is a coffee shop at the side where the daddies can have coffee if the mummies are in the swimming lesson with their babies
Update: it seems like more business orientated and change of instructors are not being informed and learning curve seems slow for all participants. Paying premium is fine as long as results are delivered. Seems like advertisements speaks too good of it or I have expectations that are not met.
