β β β β β found this gem when searching through carousell for hikari fish food. apparently it is cheaper as compared to even fish farm. plenty of items are reasonably cheaper than outside and the place is clean, neat and well stocked.

β β β β β Took some time to find this hidden gem after turning around that area for 30min. It was actually located at L2 of the building. Just go up using the lift. Friendly owner inform that they are having promotion for one size of the aquarium.

β β β β β So I purchased a Fluval FX6 which is not cheap for this shop owner via Shoppee. The part was defective. There is a leak which affects the canister filter's functionality. So i have been trying to reach out to this owner via calls with the number which has been provided, via messages as well as posts but there is no reply.
Here is my question, I have a 12 month warranty. Why is the customer service so bad? Was it easier to take a person's money than to answer their query?
I highly do NOT recommend this shop nor the seller. I feel like my investment on the canister filter has been wasted. Totally pathetic
