I bought 100 units of LED downlights from this shop. There were some color mismatch in the holders of the lights. I reported this problem to the shop. The owner, Mr Kwek, on hearing my problem, immediately came to my house to assess the problem himself. On seeing the mismatch in color, he offered to place order for a new batch of downlights for me. I told him that I may not be able to wait for the new batch as the inspection for my house is due soon and the authority may not accept a house without lighting. Understanding my concern, he offered to give me a full refund!! On hearing his earnest to help, I felt bad and told him that I will accept the mismatch in color while waiting for the new batch of lightings to arrive. Once his new batch arrived, he got his own contractor (not mine) to change off the mismatch lights...Kudos.. wish there are many more such honest retailers in Singapore. Btw, I am in not way related to this shop. Just a satisfied, relieved customer :}

Purchased a hanging lamp few days ago, today started not working, when turning on/off for a few times, the bulb exploded! This is so scary! Visited the shop the fat shop owner said it is my electricity issue (not stable bla bla bla)... Will never buy from him anymore as the quality is not guaranteed!

I was a long term customer with this shop, however few weeks ago I purchased 20x Philips LED bulbs and then found that nearly half of them are fake pirated LED... Got partial refund (partial because 3 of the fake bulbs are damaged) after argued with the shop owner, and it is so troublesome to bring all the bulb back to the shop myself... Will never buy as this has shown the shop owner is dishonest! Hi Mr Kwek, please be honest next time, thanks! Fell free to call me at 98330691 if you have forgotten what had happened!
