★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just experienced possibly one of the best customer service of all time. I have been looking for gold toilet accessories for my new home. It was challenging to find gold toilet accessories of good quality. I chanced upon their shop and googled the location. My wife and myself went down to the shop the day itself. Though the shop closes at 7pm, we called in around 6:15pm to check if we could drop by. Kyler was kind enough to wait for us to arrive. We intended to purchase only the toilet accessories but after visiting the shop, we ordered most of our toilet essentials and kitchen sink accessories from Homus. That was only possible as Kyler offered the most attractive prices and deal. What a remarkable company and person. They have a regular customer for life! I definitely recommend this place for anyone who is renovating or looking for home appliances and toilet fixtures.

- 2x Aalto mixer tap with scratches
- 2x Aalto missing shower heads
- 1x cracked Vera WC (6”)
- 1x wrong Vera WC (should be 6” not 10”, measured by Ben from Homus Singapore)
- 2x missing pan collars
- 1x missing Vera flush black lock
- 2x scratched/defect Dusche basin countertops
Although the above issues were rectified eventually, it is disappointing to encounter SO MANY issues from a supplier with 5-star Google Rating.
1-2 defects/issues are understandable but anything more is really alarming.
Had to ask for compensation but only received $150 when I spent more than $3,000. Also realised that most bathroom items seem to be shipped from Taobao, then charged at a higher price to me. No wonder delivery took 3 weeks +.
