★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 1 stars just bcoz they refunded me immediately after my phone call even though I was not informed that I'm getting my money back! Purchased a 2pcs of 6kb. Clearly stated INSTOCKS. Made and enquiry via email a couple of times but no one bother to revert back. My 1st and prolly my last. After sales service is bad!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give NO STAR if possible. Ordered several items and PAID more than $100++ for my items. TOTAL WENT MIA after payment! Kept calling but no one answered and it has been more than 2 weeks since i ordered. I AM MAKING A POLICE REPORT! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On September 16th, I ordered and paid for a Carrom board after reading some good reviews that the delivery is quick. I sent several chaser messages in the chats after 1 week of ordering but received no response. On the 27th of September, I contacted the admin number at 8933 5699, and an admin (he) responded that there must be a mistake because the ordering platform shows "pick & Pack" but not ship. He checked and reverted on the 28th, saying the item should be delivered to me. I texted to request for a confirmed delivery date and time, again received no response! I called on the 29th - no one answered; I called again this morning - no one answered??? I've never had such a bad online ordering experience. This is bad service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had issues with with my LAZADA order. Somehow Lazada emailed that my order was cancelled. But one of the staff pm-ed me with regards to my order got return to them.
Long story short, the staff offered to deliver my package that very day and just make payment for the items, minus the delivery charge.
Awesome recovery and would go great lengths to make sure orders are delivered.
