A very nice office with grand lobby

Very poor experience purchasing online on Skechers Singapore website. Will advise customers to avoid online shopping at Skechers to avoid unnecessary trouble and costs. Purchased 2 tshirts from their website and one came with a defect (label not sew well). Wanted to exchange at their retail store but was told that they do not accept returns at retail stores. So customers have to bear the costs & hassle of returning to their company at Ubi. For a customer to bear the costs of a defective product is ridiculous. Such onerous return policies placing the burden on consumers for defective products is of the Jurassic era. Either change or likely business will be impacted.

Horrible Experience purchasing their products online. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes, one for my mother and one for myself. I made a mistake for my mother's shoe size and ordered 2 sizes too small. So I wanted to make an exchange or cancellation of my order. Even before I received the shipment from Skechers, I had already attempted to make calls to their customer service hotline and sent them a message via their contact us website. After repeated calls across multiple days, there was no response other than an automated reply. The email response only came in days after and told us that their online purchases do not support exchange, and we may make a return within 15 days, but return costs have to be borne by the customer and we have to go through the hassle of shipping, packaging and labelling this product. Ridiculous, such a small purchase but such a pain to get any respectable level of customer support. Strongly recommend others to avoid buying from Skechers official website.

Very bad experience purchasing from them online. Don't even want to mention about bearing the cost of courier if you need to return a purchase. I personally sent the shoes back within the advised operation hours of their office. The person in charge - Cedric was not around. And his colleague, Rafie collected the shoes on his behalf and said that all i need to do is to email Cedric and let him know that Rafie has collected the shoes and Cedric will acknowledge and process the refund. And i did exactly that. It has been one week since and no sound no picture from them and i have yet to receive my refund as at today - 18 Mar 2022. I would not recommend buying from them online. Very unpleasant experience and i definitely will take action against them if they fail to refund me for the return shoes by next week. The one star is required in order to make a post. Otherwise I would not even give them half a star.
