Only location is good and just opposite to Mustafa centre. Room size is too small.

Never recommend it to anyone. Reserved online, once we got there, they said that room was given to someone else without even asking and without having any respect. We were asked to leave the premises immediately by the rude management. Never ever use this place, this is the saddest experience in Singapore, and never wish to enter Singapore.

Hotel under construction. Bad smell. Could feel the spring om the mattress. ? Not worthy for money. The room isnt clean. Very dirty. Sticky floor.

The most terrible hotel I have ever been in my life. The reason I booked this hotel for four nights was the few SGD I was going to save. Even then I pays 81 SGD a night. It was a nightmare, we were sent from one room to the other ALL FOUR NIGTS. The excuses kept coming, and on one occasion the room they changed me in didn’t have the AC working, the guy at the front office had the audacity to (not ask) but tell me instead he will give a fan. When I refused and asked for a refund he yelled at me saying I chose this hotel because it was cheap, I said I agree, but compared to the few $ I thought I would save the experience was that bad so I don’t mind getting a refund and moving in to another hotel. They refused to give me a refund. These rooms are very tiny and One of the rooms I was changed had the tiniest bathroom I have ever showered in. Overall TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience with the most rudest hotel staff I have ever met.

NEVER STAY HERE!! I accidentally booked tomorrow instead of today and rather than tell me I would lose my $140 if I cancelled the property encouraged me to do so. If I had known I would have kept the booking. Very devious. They said Agoda decides if I can get my money back but Agoda said it's up to the property. Heard other customers complaining about the hotel whilst I was in reception also. Avoid!!

Most terrible hotel I have ever been. Rooms are dirty. Front desk staff the one works most of the time is ill behaved. Two cleaners I found logical. It was a total waste of money there. Why they put a 2 star tag in this poor hotel I do not know.

Had a oversea friend that recently booked this hotel. The room is super small. What you see is what you get. At moment the front of the hotel is doing renovation so have to walk thru the make shift barriers. Is directly opposite mustafa center so i guess this place score full marks for location

A worst experience. Rooms are very dirty. Toilet have cockroaches. You cant stay here with family. Completely different than What's advertised on Agoda.com. No fresh air or sun light access from the rooms.. All rooms are very close. Don't go here unless you are restricted with budget.
