Hotel NuVe Stellar, Farrer Park

Room are so tine you can't walk comfortably. . No breakfast facility in this hotel. There are many more good hotels in this price in Singapore like" Grand mercure". Room are clean but not up to mark. Location wise good hotel. 4min walking distance you may find Little india, Mustafa mall. . Where you can buy indian food very easily. There are hundreds of restaurant near this locantion

Booked a 5hr daycay via Stayr app. The counter staff was super polite and professional. Seamless check in. The room was great, it was a standard queen room. Nice deco with no-sound-proofness. I guess the room I got was a connecting room. I could literally hear ppl from next room. But well, just for a few hours so it didnt bother me much. Next time, I would come back and book from their direct website since it looks cheaper.

It was my first time there and i was welcome by the heartwarming and friendly front desk staff. I’d like to commend Alvies for his service and being patient with us. He was very swift and efficient on executing his duty. This guy is a keeper to the company.

Staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond to help with anything. The room is clean, well appointed and well stocked with complimentary items. For this price range it offers all the comforts of a four star hotel.

Staff is slow in providing my requests such as the basics - tissue, change of towels, just because I booked through dash living. Staff at front desk would say she's busy with check in guests. Could take more than an hour for them to bring over the items we need. Did not want to answer calls when I called for assistance, to the extent I had to write in to their email to request for the items I want. How ridiculous. And the bed is super hard for premier king room. Air condition broke down twice, had to change rooms twice. So we know that the bed at another room was much softer. Requested for mattress topper after, said that they will get back to me by the end of the day but never did. I still have those exchange emails. Fyi, I'm a long term guest, initially intended to stay for 2 months, but reduced it to a month only, and yes, that's the treatment we were given.

Customer service: Called a day before, was quite decent helping us with the procedures at first until the card was thrown to us while checking in. Was quite shocked but I batted an eye. Last day I called the reception number through my phone because the room phone was practically useless. I called in to check whether I could check out late. After saying my room, no answer was given and my call was ended. Really rude in my opinion. Room wise: Comfortable, reasonable for a budget hotel. I bought the deluxe room with bathtub. The air conditioning system was coming out and could drop on us and was abit old. The bath tub tap was broken. The bath bombs were extremely small, please do not be fooled. Overall,I'll give it 2/5 stars, recommended for anyone who wants a quick stay for a day or a cheap staycation. However, I personally would not come again.

Location is convenient and there are quite a few dining options around. Room is clean and maintained by friendly staff. Front desk also has been really helpful both before and during my stay given it is still COVID time and with the quarantine measures. Would recommend to those who would want a pleasant stay just outside of CBD!

The stay at Nuve Stellar was fantastic. The service made my visit great. The staff was responsive to my requests and helped me settle in my room well. They were fast and efficient as well as very accommodating. Definitely will recommend coming here. The room was nice and comfortable. Location was good too. Thanks for the great stay!
