★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to a few sports therapist but none of them were able to diagnose and let alone fix the issue I had. But I was recommended to Alan thru a mutual friend. He was able to diagnose the issue on the 1st visit and got to work on it immediately targeting only that area. Was asked to go back for a few follow up sessions and I have been getting better. And it isn't even pricey nor does he simple charge full rates for specific treatments which require 15 to 30 mins. You wont be disappointed with him and his team. Good service and follow up too.

He was very patient in answering the myriad of questions I had and through the session with him I was able to ease my worries and became more knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Alan sapao. I went for a 45min upper body session 4 days ago and the stiffness in my shoulder has disappeared. He even asks during the sessions if your selected issue is rectified.
No muss, no fuss. As a quiet guy myself I appreciate his no nonsense approach.
Will definitely visit again!

July 2020. Ever since then , my knee strength and thigh muscles have become strong . Alan is highly knowledgeable and is sensitive to what I am able and unable to do . He has raised my confidence and ability to carry out normal duties in life that I use to be afraid of . My orthopaedic was shocked to see my muscle mass and the strength . He strongly recommended me to continue the rehab and strength training with Alan. If you have any kind of injury , I highly recommend coming to Arm Strong !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a 60min full body therapy and was provided with deep tissue massage and stretch therapy. The therapists were very knowledgeable in anatomy and gave pointers all throughout the session on better ways to conduct my strength training sessions. Definitely much more precision than what you'd typically get from a general deep tissue massage parlour. Highly recommend.
