★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first sports massage experience at Knotty Strokes was beyond any massage experience I’ve ever received all these while.
I’ve been experiencing prolonged shoulder, neck and lower back pain. Of all the massages I’ve had, this was the first massage that truly made my body felt stress-free and very relaxed.
Gloria treated the specific areas and knots that were a major cause to my prolonged pain. She was very attentive to me throughout the massage and adjusted the pressure accordingly while constantly maintaining the quality of her massage.
The cosy ambience and the spa-like scent created a very relaxing mood which made me further enjoyed the massage experience.
I’m definitely coming back again for the massage. Thank you Knotty Strokes and Gloria!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended by a friend to come here for massage as my work requires strenuous labour and I often get bad aches in my shoulders and neck. Gloria knows what she is doing, and while the massage is without a doubt one of the most painful I've experienced (not those therapeutic massages where you fall asleep), she knows where to catch all the knots in my muscles and I always get a good night's sleep after. Gloria is also really friendly and I've bought a package for tense muscle relief. Very grateful for her help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up for the lower body massage due to severe persistent lower back pain that was spreading to my legs too...the 50 min massage session with Gloria was so good!!!! Was painful but I would say no pain, no gain ah..she kept checking in on me to ensure I didn't feel too uncomfortable with the pain. She's so amazingly gifted at finding knot locations and fix them! Toward the end of the massage, I felt a nice shiok "click" and that was itt!!! My lower back pain vanished!! So happy to have found this place, will definitely come here again!!
