β β β β β Despite multiple bad reviews with regards to the staff's attitude, I have not gotten any from them. In fact they have been very friendly to me during my visit, regardless if I'm purchasing anything from them or not. Price is decent and my go too place for hardscapes and plants. FYI - the shop closed on tuesdays.

β β β β β Male boss very considerate...when i point his fish near the tank, he screamed and asked if i know how to read english (do not touch the tank) i think hes worried that the guppy might bite off my fingers, so thankyou for taking good care of your customersβ¦ will not visit again as worried the guppy might scream at me again

β β β β β Been to this shop and have purchased many fishes for years. Shop owner and staff have always been friendly to me but today when I went there and was pointing to a tank to show my friend a specific fish (my hand/finger wasn't even near or knocking the tank glass) i was reprimanded by the staff and the owner came to tell me off immediately and said he will ban me from coming to his shop. I tried to explain that I wasn't trying to do anything funny and even apologised, but he didn't care and just wanted to shout and be angry/aggresive to my friend and I. He kept asking us to get out so we just left.

β β β β β Bought a tank. Later bought a filter. Boss Regina Tan was very helpful in helping to setup filter. Even when I had problem she helped and also refer me to supplier. Supplier was also very helpful to help me trouble shoot. Excellent service. Will go back again.

β β β β β Great selection of fishes, shrimps, equipment and such. But be prepared to squeeze through the aisles with others as it is really packed. Old school style. Place is wet and dark. Not for those with OCD. But you canβt go wrong with their great prices and the affectionately named C328 Auntie.
Note that It closes on Sunday.

β β β β β This is a good place to come to if you are bringing kids to buy their first fish. The lady boss (at the smaller shop) was very patient and helpful in setting us up with everything we needed, including an all-in-one tank, live plants, water conditioner, fish food and siphon pump for cleaning. This shop also has more landscaping ornaments which is more fun for kids to choose a "home" for the fish. Be sure to check both shops as we chose our betta from the larger one.
