Art Living Design - The Furniture Mall

ive been using the same curtains for about 6 years and there still hasn't been any malfunctions just decided to google it today and thought id leave a review it's awesome highly recommended got it at a good deal too

Revised: Ordered ordinary curtains for 4 rooms, 2 more velvet curtains for living room, 1 set of blinds for 1 room and wallpaper for 1 side of wall. Ordinary curtains seems good. Nothing too special. Quality for ordinary curtains is still too early to tell, since I'm not sure if it'll flake after a very long time. Curtain tiebacks (tassel) are very nice. Quality looks and feels good. Blinds are standard and pretty decent. Wallpaper application looks good. It was slightly slantered. We had bricks design so you can see it sloping slightly compared to the floor skirting. But I'm covering the bottom with bed, so it's fine. Wallpaper looks good overall, no bubbling or peeling. The velvet curtains in the living room are spectacular. Very good quality curtains. Very pretty tassel tiebacks. They are very heavy since I've added additional lining at the back of the velvet. So it's pretty hard to draw/close the curtains. You'll have to do it in parts otherwise if you try to draw it from the end it's easy to get stuck due to the sheer weights of the curtains. They provide warranty on that so I believe they'll rectify it in the event if the track becomes faulty. Overall experience was good. But prior to this installation, they had bad communication internally, so they messed up some dates which was very cruicial to my follow up furniture installations. That's even after confirming with them a couple of times. But they were kind enough to lend a loan set. So make sure you confirm this multiple times with the coordinator because your material might not be ready during peak period. Vicky was patient and understanding, would have given 5 stars if not for the miscommunications.

the showroom looked great but the actual product was rather disappointing, if you want to pay thousands of dollars for really mediocre curtain and craftsmanship then i guess its fine. The seams were done incorrectly and required multiple revisions and the seams on the final product was still not really what was displayed at the showroom (also, there were scratches on the curtain which they insisted that it would go away after ironing/steaming)
