Finally found a huge, pretty and comfortable sofa from Artiiso. Good quality sofa and excellent service from the staff. All of them are friendly and helpful. Totally in love with their Otello Magical fabric! Most recommended place if you are looking for a good sofa!

We are absolutely delighted with our purchase at Artiiso! Been shopping around for a new set of sofa to replace our old one that has served us for 9 years. Dropped by Artiiso with my wife last Friday to take a look at their selection. The showroom is like a huge art gallery with all the furniture tastefully displayed. We were attended to by Alvin, a very nice and friendly gentleman who furbished us with all the information that we need without once coming across as pushy. We were attracted by the full leather champagne brown Lavinia L-shaped sofa that was displayed by the windows. The soft supple Italian saddle leather in champagne brown wraps nicely around the springy cushioning and makes it a winning formula! The versatile pull-out backrest mechanism allows all 3 backrests to be pulled back for an even more comfortable seating and thus eliminates the need for an ottoman, saving precious space. The Lavinia sofa felt ultra-luxurious and plush! The price is also very reasonable for such a high-quality make. To cut a long story short, the sofa is now in our living room and we couldn't be happier! Will definitely recommend Artiiso and the Lavinia sofa to anyone who is looking for a plush full leather sofa at a very reasonable price! We heard from Alvin that the saddle leather is available in 5 different colours so I am sure you will find one that suits you. ?

Worst experience buying sofa from them. Wrong design delivered as triple confirmation has been made during the purchase. They promised to replace the sofa, however during the replacement, the delivery guys dragging the sofa on our vinyl flooring and scratches were found later on. Initially they requested photos which we have already provided to them. Later on they requested us to provide CCTV record. I guess they thought everyone’s home has cctv to record their life. What a joke. Hence, they refused to give any solution and insisted to collect the balance of $500. Luckily we hold on the $500 balance otherwise we would think they will not entertain us for the wrong delivered sofa. Also, their different sales person can quote you different price. The 1st sales person quoted us $1k plus extra than the 2nd sales person. LOL. Imagine if we buy within thinking on the 1st day. We are paying so much extra. Lastly, the sofa legs cant level the floor as well. They also refused to entertain. Good luck. I have a scheduled overseas trip right after the second delivery as we nvr expected that the wrong sofa will be delivered and requiring 2nd shipment. The seller also claimed that we didn’t inform them immediately of our problems. So they are unable to help further. Everything will be buyer’s responsibility which is the reason they gave to us. With so much of troublesome we have experienced, think twice before you wanna make your purchase from them. Attached some photos for reference

Absolutely love the sofa we are getting from Artiiso! Was never a fan of fabric material for sofa but we were totally sold by the quality of the Otello magical fabric here. The furniture here seem really well-maintained too, so even the display sets that were going at a heavily discounted price were in great condition. Shirley was really patient and not pushy too. She explained to us very patiently and professionally! Very pleasant experience and really happy with our purchase here!! Highly recommended!

Had a pleasant experience and experience at Artiiso Premium Furniture at Tai Seng Ave. We were greeted warmly by Shirley as she patiently walked us through the showroom and explained to us what is best for the new house. To those who have pets at home, please come here and get the anti-scratch OTELLO magical fabric for your home! It’s proven that it’s also good for those who has eczema and asthma.

I went to many shops selling sofa for my home. Nothing was of interest to me. It was then I came across an advertisement on Facebook about Artiiso. I went over to take a look. I was impressed with the way the showroom was set up. Simple classic and elegant. Vinc came over to serve me. No rush or pressure. He was talking to me for some time just to know me better and what product may be of interest to me. That was when he told me that he will be bringing in exclusive Italian brand Rossini. I instantly fell in love with the exclusive design and decided to book my sofa soon after. It was quite a long wait for the sofa to reach our shores and to my place. Almost to 7 months. It was worth the wait. The quality is good. QC is good. Vinc personally came over to my place on the day of delivery to ensure everything was in place and that the sofa was well received. Am satisfied with my sofa and Vinc’s service.

This was one of the best decisions we made in the house I would say. The moment we stepped in the store we thought we are in for something special and then came the reveal of their magic fabric series. Truly a delight! Some of you might compare the pricing with the others out in the market - but to be honest it is not a fair comparison. The price you pay is for the quality of the product and sofas from becoming a short term investment, if maintained well and having it from the right seller like Artiiso is definitely worth the price. Great customer service and constant updates! My definite recommendation if you are looking at redesigning your house!
