★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I trusted this company and purchased bed frame and mattress without visiting the store due to covid. They didn't give me any warranty and material used in the bed frame is so poor that within 1month the cardboard and fabric on the back side is about to tear..
The mattress quality is very bad and made my back hurt so much that till now I am taking pain killers. There is no one who can listen to your complain and not ready to take the bed or mattress back..will never recommend this furniture company to anyone..

I was a repeat customer but was left devastated by their way of doing business.. they ain't worry abt losing customers I supposed. Btw, am for one will not go back and will not recommend this place to others..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a customised storage bed frame and mattress. Waited about a month for the bed frame to arrive. Mattress is comfortable and it's an improved design from their best selling series. Delivery and set up of bed frame was good and customer service staff updated us regularly prior to delivery. For the price we paid, I'd say we got a value-for-money deal. Owners were patient and answered all our questions when we dropped by to visit their showroom. Worth a visit if you're looking for mattresses and customised storage bed frames (they have a wide variety of designs).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this showroom as I saw their advertisement on facebook. They had great customer service and assisted me in many way by explaining the pros and cons about mattresses and bedframes. Would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase Chest of Drawers from Sweet Dreams Furniture Pte Ltd and received product on 22nd May 2020.
Was excited to receive the drawers, but end up in disappointment due to their quality of workmanship and finishing. (Please refer to attached photos)
1. Exposed and unfinish edges
- Hazard to young children and adults at home. Easily cause cuts and splinters to user and the family.
2. Undesirable laminate prints.
- Prints of the laminate were not properly shown in the photos. Disappointed to see 'damaging' prints on the laminate prior to receiving.
3. Misaligned joints and drawers.

Overall experience was not satisfactory, was looking forward to a product of higher quality and workmanship. Understood that the product was manufactured in Malaysia but assembled in Singapore, however they should pay a little more attention to the details of the products that are selling to the customers. Hope to see more improvements from local SMEs to bring an overall higher standard of living in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy from here!! I bought a mattress from them last year and the entire seams of the mattress have come out.
The owner pretty much said, it's not under warranty! Sew it yourself or spend more money shipping it to the factory to get it fixed.
Absolutely horrible experience and poor ownership of fault.
