★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus point: The teacher was patient in explaining the approach to the parent. The environment seems conducive. Hence, we decided to give it a try.
However, my child was not corrected or taught the proper technique on how to draw.
Hence, I was under the impression that the instructions and coaching she received comparable to those mass market art classes at the community club, which is many times more economical.
In the end, I had to reach her personally at home how to reproduce the drawing with proper proportions and shapes at home with my limited art skills. Interestingly, she was able to produce a better piece of work quite close to what I drew on the day of the coaching and subsequently, on her own out of her own initiative.
Hence, I was unable to see the additional value of sending my child to Artlette. Hence, I am on a search for another art school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter has been attending school holiday programmes with Artlette and she always come back with nice artwork happily. She also held her birthday party here and all her friends enjoyed themselves. Teachers are very patient and professional. Studio is clean and bright. They have workshops for kids and adults too, will definitely recommend to my friends and their kids!
