★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family have been to different agencies to find a suitable helper for my family. It had a been a tough time looking for a helper due to the covid-19 situation. In December 2020, we needed to get a replacement helper and we were lucky that this agency had an available one. The fees were reasonable and the the agency was very helpful.
My helper has been with us for about 8 months now, there had been challenges here and there with our working relationship, but the agency had been so helpful to us. They are always willing to talk to my helper!
Special thanks to Marj who is always there assist us and to the boss!

However, all these came down to the individual agents' work ethics. I would personally recommend, Melody, a very professional and reliable agent who help us in the entire process, and beyond. As a first timer having a helper, Melody ensured that we understand all the necessary matters before signing the contract. Even after we signed the contract, Melody was still here to answer any quires during her off-working hours. We sense her sincerity and transparency in her work. She's quite an easygoing person so afraid not to enquire her service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ascension has come to our aid efficiently & with so much understanding. It's not easy to get documents from elderly & their signatures. Marj of Ascension is so gracious & helpful. I feel that this agency takes care of employers too. Some other agencies side the helpers to the point of prolonging disputes. I definitely recommend Ascension!!
