★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place because there's no frills. Simple, clean and cosy with simple ambient music. They put your feet into a tub of warm water before they start with their massages. Massages for the foot are usually spot on. If they press too hard, I usually tell them and they will just adjust accordingly. Chairs can be adjusted to lean back too. Bought a package with them that have lasted me for the past 1.5 years which is affordable and decent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited for a 1-hr back and shoulder massage. Masseur did not seem to know what she was doing and got all the pressure points wrongly. She used her arm and elbow to do most of the massage and pressed into my bones multiple times. On top of that, she kept talking/shouting and attending to other bookings throughout. I had to cut short the massage halfway and stop the very unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not relaxing, if you are looking for a chill spa time. No English spoke by all staff. Massage is ok and no issues for a basic massage.
Staff etiquette needs training. Speaking a lot and shouting between services.
We personally had an issue of them first accepting our time request and half way through the massage there was a big commotion, when they started saying they can’t complete the massage. Found it very unprofessional to shout across and discuss this for a long time while a massage is going on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a previous review stating masseuse was talking/attending to other bookings throughout the massage. It was absolutely true - while massaging she was discussing with other masseuse about the customers , at one point in time she stopped the massage to pick up a call for booking.
Her massage techniques felt inexperienced - applying pressure on the bones (???) not sure if she’s distracted or if she’s just bad at massaged
I’ve visited on 10 April 2022 - 10.30pm. I had a 30min back massage.
Do not recommend - there’s better massage places around the area. Don’t waste your money on massages where you’re not even given the attention for the money you paid
