★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve raised my hand to notify the dentist and assistant for help due to unable to breathe and choking feeling during the impression stage. Dentist and staff doesn’t react promptly and cause me to gag the moment they help me to sit upright. One of the worst dental experience unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw Dr Li for general cleaning and polishing, and she was very professional, polite and friendly. The whole process was quite fast and pleasant. The staff there are also nice and it is very easy to call and make an appointment a few days in advance, even during the weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a painless experience for my husband's visit in February 2021 when he had to pull out his wisdom tooth.
Dr Joshua Loh was a detailed doctor, he explained well about my husband's wisdom tooth using the x-ray as reference on how close the root of the impacted wisdom tooth is to his sinus & that the extraction might impact the sinus as well. He also answered our doubts fully & we were both amazed in his skillfulness with the extraction.
The decayed wisdom tooth came out in 1 whole piece & the sinus wasn't impacted at all.
Before our visit we might not have met a dentist who is skillful enough & I would say I'm glad we finally found one and that is Dr Joshua Loh in this dental centre!
And in our next visit, it will be my turn to have the wisdom tooth extraction with him :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a couple of times with Dr Joshua for cleaning, root canal treatment and making a new set of retainers from past braces. He is knowledgeable, friendly and skilled. Service is great too. Overall would definitely recommend Dr Joshua :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did 2 wisdom tooth surgeries, 1 wisdom tooth extraction and had a few consultation and cleaning sessions all with Dr Joshua at this clinic. Being someone who is fearful of surgical and dental procedures, I must say, Dr Joshua was very professional in providing that assurance and handling the whole surgical/non-surgical procedures very well.
For example, regarding my wisdom tooth surgeries, Dr Joshua explains through the x-ray whether the tooth is impacted and if yes what does he plan to do and its possible complications. I am afraid of dental procedures but Dr Joshua was very calm, careful and professional in ensuring 0 pain throughout the whole surgical process. I had smooth surgeries and recoveries with no complications thanks to Dr Joshua!
I highly recommend him as a trusted and professional dentist if anyone is looking for one! Dr Joshua is a dentist I would stay with in life! ?

Everything was explained clearly to me and the whole process was smooth.
Didn’t faced much issue after the removal and post recovery was good.
